From start to finish, everything went very smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Declan did an amazing job installing the EV charger. Everything was done to a very high standard and looks incredibly neat and tidy. There was a small misunderstanding initially regarding the location of the charger, as I had hoped to have it installed on a small section of wall beside the meter box. Declan explained very clearly and professionally why this wasn’t possible — both because of the size of the charger and the requirements of Safe Electric regulations. He suggested installing it as close to the fuseboard as possible, but at our request, the charger was instead positioned on the other side of the door for aesthetic reasons. He was very accommodating and made sure we were happy with the final position. Once the installation was completed, Declan took the time to explain how to use the charger, went through the different options available, and showed us how to set up and use the app. The whole experience was professional, straightforward and hassle-free, and the final result looks fantastic. Very happy with the installation and would highly recommend Declan and the team to anyone looking for an EV charger installer!
